The State Nevada, Las Vegas, Reno and other cities and settlements have gaming history that is virtually unknown. There are countless facts, stories, lore and undocumented tales of the West. The Gamblers, Operators, Entertainers helped create the legendary Gambling industry that is a unique one-of-a-kind. There are stories that are lost, operators who are forgotten, and music never enjoyed by the current citizenry. We envision a world in which the media is not a means to limit democratic participation, but a way for communities, movements and individuals to express themselves and struggle for justice. We imagine a nationwide community radio infrastructure made up of hundreds of independent, locally-oriented stations, part of a global movement to put media in the hands of the people.

Reading is one of the most important methods of learning. Learning about topics that may affect your daily life and making correct decisions and evaluations are vital to every citizen in the USA. Reading, Writing, Arithmetic wants to make are citizenry aware of the important issues. Comprehension of the material is the key to problem solving. RRA's goal in these endeavor is paramount.

Amateur Radio

The amateur radio band is one of the hidden gems to people of all ages. The basic knowledge and understanding of the amateur radio band is an ongoing project through publications and clasroom training.

In the Katrina incident, Ham Radio operators were the first respondents in the line of communication. RRA provides the basic publicatios and wherewithall to become an Amateur Operator.

Radio Broadcasting Basics

RRA is a rare sourse in the operation of commercial radio. The basics of startup to getting on the air are fuly deseminated to those with the desire to learn about this fascinating subject.

Cursive Writing 101
